1.00   Bread roll
500.00  g Minced meat
1.00   Onion
2.00   Garlic cloves
1.00   Egg
10.00  g Tomato paste
10.00  g Mustard


Preparation time: 45 min

  • Soak an old bread roll in water or milk, about an hour beforehand.
  • Cut the onion and garlic into cubes.
  • Squeeze liquid out of the roll.
  • Put the bread roll, minced meat, onion, garlic, egg, tomato paste and mustard in a bowl.
  • Then season with salt, pepper and spices.
  • Mix the whole thing well with your hands.
  • Shape meat patties and place in a preheated pan with oil.
  • Fry and enjoy.
