Preparation
Preparation time: 90 min
- Wash the ripe tomatoes and remove the stalk.
- Cut the medium-sized onions and washed tomatoes into pieces.
- Place in a saucepan and then cook for 20 minutes.
- Pass through, then add the salt and the grated horseradish (alternatively chili sauce).
- Add a pinch of ground ginger, cloves and pepper.
- Let it simmer over low heat for an hour.
- Fill in glasses at the end. Finished.
