- Put the lukewarm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and stir together.
- Then add flour, olive oil and salt and knead the dough.
- Knead until the pizza dough separates from the bowl.
- Let the dough rest (about 30 minutes) until it has twice its volume.
- At the end, spread the pizza out on two baking sheets and top it as you like.
