Preparation time: 60 min

  • Put the lukewarm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and stir together.
  • Then add flour, olive oil and salt and knead the dough.
  • Knead until the pizza dough separates from the bowl.
  • Let the dough rest (about 30 minutes) until it has twice its volume.
  • Then spread the pizza dough on two baking sheets and top as desired.
  • Finally, bake at 180 degrees convection for 20 - 25 minutes. Done.
