Preparation time: 60 min
- Put the lukewarm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and stir together.
- Then add flour, olive oil and salt and knead the dough.
- Knead until the pizza dough separates from the bowl.
- Let the dough rest (about 30 minutes) until it has twice its volume.
- Then spread the pizza dough on two baking sheets and top as desired.
- Finally, bake at 180 degrees convection for 20 - 25 minutes. Done.
