Truffle risotto with truffle oil

Preparation time: 30 min
- Cut the onion into small cubes and then sweat in a little butter.
- Add the risotto rice and fry a little.
- Prepare vegetable broth, e.g. dissolve a vegetable broth cube in water.
- Add half of the vegetable stock and stir once.
- Wait until almost all of the liquid has boiled away, then add the second half of the vegetable stock and stir once.
- At the end add the remaining piece of butter, the truffle, the truffle oil and the parmesan. Finished.
